Well, Ivy has now done what most kids do, she cut her own hair. Monday night I gave her a pair of scissors to put away. She walked out of my room ahead of me by about 30 seconds. Apparently that's all it takes. I walked out to see her standing just outside my door cutting away. About a 4 inch chunk. Thanks to my wonderful friend Mary, Ivy got an emergency hair cut that night. I must admit she looks really cute, and I had been thinking of getting her hair trimmed. I'm just really going to miss her long swinging ponytails for a while. At least it grows back.
I think the new hair cut is SO cute! I guess I am surprised she made it this long without doing it! haha!
