Our Future Grandsons...

When asked, each of our girls over the years have told us that they are only going to have baby boys. When Emilie was little (around 4 years old) her baby boy was to be named Boingin.
Before we knew Carmella was a girl, Ivy named our sweet little baby Bean Boy. Now she tells us that is what she is going to name her own baby boy. Adelaide has now decided that she too is going to have a baby boy some day. She says he will be named Moondoh.
I just love my girls, I have always wanted girls. I sure got my wish! I guess now we'll have to wait and see if my girls wishes come true. I think if they do, that Jason and I will call our sweet grandsons by their "real" names.

after the beach we...

Went back to Las Vegas for a fun-filled week of hanging out with my family. We couldn't have been happier to see Uncle Paul again. The kids missed him so much, and I must admit I really missed him too. Not just his amazing employee discount at Vans either, even though we did get new shoes while we were there.

I think Addie found a best buddy in Uncle Thomas this visit. She just followed him and his girlfriends little dog around the entire time. She was crying for Uncle Thomas when we left just as much as for Uncle Paul.

Jason and I took the girls for a trip to the strip. We walked through the Bellagio's gorgeous atrium, took a picture of Emilie in front of the Effiel Tower, and watched King Neptune referee a battle between his kids at Ceasar's Palace. The kids loved it! That's one thing I love about going home. There is always something to do.

I just loved being with my family, and I was so glad to see my brother Chris before he took off on his new adventure in India. My parents were wonderful as always. They spoiled us all rotten, and made it way too hard to say goodbye.

I love our yearly trip to the beach and Las Vegas. I look forward to it all year, and it always goes by way too fast. But I guess thats the way it is with things worth looking forward to.
